Griffin holds a Master of Arts Degree in Economics from the University College Dublin (National University of Ireland) and has over 30 years experience of progressive growth and outstanding success gained in working in diverse settings and organisations in academia, government, international organisations and private sector. His consultancy work has been in Macro-economic Analysis, Policy Development and Analysis, Business Development Services, Entrepreneurship Development, Monitoring and Evaluation, Programme/Project Design and Strategic Planning, Labour and Employment Issues. Griffin has worked in various countries and settings and boasts of vast experience in management, policy formulation and harmonization, networking, and negotiating.
