A productive reflection on the month of March, as we were facilitating Bread for the World PME training programs in Bulawayo. Participants were able to develop the Monitoring and Evaluation matrix for the output level indicators. The matrix was further improved to work as a dashboard. Unfortunately, it is the coming to the end of the project, and they will only be able to use this for the next project phase. Participants were able to come up with methodologies for the coming end-line evaluation.

The organisation was initially trained on Planning, Monitoring and Evalution to capacitate them on result-based reporting, planning and designing evaluations. In the second frame, Ms. Mangoma and the ECFL team are in session and practical training of finance for non-finance for the organisation.
