UNICEF is implementing the Climate Action for Last Mile (CALM) project in Zimbabwe to address the growing impacts of climate change on children’s well-being and rights. In this context, Muthengo Development Solutions (MDS) is supporting the development of an evidence-based, cross-sectoral Social and Behaviour Change (SBC) strategy and thematic toolkits aimed at strengthening climate resilience and promoting sustainable, climate-smart behaviours. The assignment includes conducting formative research in selected districts to generate insights on community perceptions, behaviours, and barriers related to climate adaptation, with the goal of informing integrated, inclusive, and child-centred programming aligned with national and global climate action frameworks.
