Dadirayi Madzima is a Project Management Specialist with more than 10 years’ experience of managing diverse projects in the Non-Governmental Organisations and Private sectors. She is a seasoned professional who has been at the helm of relational stakeholder management in most of the regions across the country and has attained top-notch results across all the functions of her work specification and roles. She gained vast experience in Project and Programme management cycle, capacity development, community development, food security and livelihoods and donor engagement among others. Dadirayi holds a master’s degree in development studies, bachelor’s degree in political science and a Diploma in Project Management. In her current position as Project Manager, she is the main contact with the company’s clients on contractual issues, provides logistical support to the team of Senior Consultants and oversees adherence to company policies and quality assurance guidelines by the team.
