Julius Cornelius Murombedzi, is a Senior Consultant with Muthengo Development Solutions, has 37 years’ experience in the business, public and development sectors in Africa and the United Kingdom. He has 25 years’ international consultancy experience in the development sector with significant involvement in programme and project evaluations and baseline studies for development agencies and NGOs in Africa, East, South and West African regions, in Asia and in Europe to inform development programmes and learning. Given his extensive experience in monitoring and evaluation, Julius has supported development organisations to develop monitoring, evaluation and learning frameworks and in designing and developing appropriate and robust M&E tools. He has made substantive contribution towards capacity development of national NGOs to make them relevant to development needs of citizens and an appreciate complexity of development agenda. Julius holds an MBA from University of Zimbabwe, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Development Management from Open University, United Kingdom, Bachelor of Science in Economics and Social Studies and Honours in Economics from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone and Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Political Science from University of Zimbabwe.
