Baseline Survey for the Skills for Energy in Southern Africa Project

Muthengo Development Solutions was engaged by the International Labour Organization (ILO) Country Office for Zambia, Malawi, and Mozambique through the Skills for Energy in Southern Africa (SESA) Project. MDS described the conceptual framework that was used to establish the project baseline and undertook the survey; Elaborated on the proposed survey methodology and ensured consensus with ILO; reviewed of project log frame and confirmation of key performance indicators; Set out details of the data required to answer the survey questions, data collection methods, sampling and selection criteria of respondents for interviews; Detail the work plan of the surveys; Set out the list of key stakeholders to be interviewed and the tools to be used for interviews and discussions; Develop the final baseline report; and Presentation of the inception and final report.
