Assignment entailed conducting a situation analysis of Healthy Ageing in Zimbabwe. The Situation Analysis Report together with further consultations with key stakeholders informed the development of a conceptual framework for delivering healthy ageing in
Zimbabwe guided by the WHO Global Strategy on Healthy Ageing (GSAP). Main output produced were a healthy ageing strategy and M&E framework to monitor progress
in implementation. A two day workshop was facilitated to validate the strategy and M&E framework.
