Mid Term Evaluation of the Parliamentary Support Programme. The parliamentary Support programme is a basket fund that receives funding from EU, SIDA, AfDB and World Bank.

MDS experts designed and implemented the evaluation. The mid-term review assessed the effectiveness of the implementation strategy to ascertain whether the specific and overall interventions and approaches including the theory of change were appropriate and effective. It was conducted through, conducted interviews with parliamentarians, Ministers, and other stakeholders. Developed evaluation report and presentation of findings to senior staff of UNDP and parliament.
