The core objective of this assignment is to support each of the selected youth-led organizations for the Capacity Strengthening grant in organizational and programming capacity. Deliverables include partner capacity assessments, training in selected Organizational Development aspects, and developing tailored organizational development plans for staff in each organization. MDS will: conduct an in-depth assessment and analysis of the specific institutional capacity-building needs of selected organizations and produce assessment reports; Develop tailored capacity-building plans that are realistic, feasible, and time-bound; Develop tailored indicators to measure changes of capacity in each organization (Monitoring and Evaluation Framework); and Deliver training in Organizational Development (OD) particularly Strategic Planning; governance, communication and advocacy; financial management; Monitoring, Evaluation and learning and Adolescent and Youth SRHR, Leadership and fundraising.
