This project entailed Civil Society strengthening for 25 partners of Bread for the World in Zimbabwe: Financial Management, Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEL). Development of the theory of change, develop problem analysis, objectives, and indicators. Setting up PME systems including automating data collection analysis (development of automatic real-time dashboards), participatory capacity assessments, supporting data analysis (qualitative and quantitative), and reporting.
