Muthengo Development Solutions was contracted to provide capacity-building services also known as Learning and Mentorship; in Governance, Organizational Development, and Leadership (Governance) for Education Out Lou (EOL) grantees in the East and Southern African Region under its Regional Management Unit (RMU) for East and Southern Africa based in Kampala, Uganda. MDS facilitated the learning and mentorship process for EOL grantees intending to foster a culture of learning and application of knowledge gained to inform adaptive management.
